Detailed Report for the Meeting on August 20 (meeting #29).

Visionaries Toastmasters Club (VTMC) the 29th regular meeting was successfully held at Techno Kawasaki on August 20, 2011. There were total six(6) guest participants who were one(1) TM guests and five(5) non-TM guests.
TM U-ma introduced "Zealous” as word of the evening, then TM T-chi started to control the meeting as TMOE (ToastMaster of the Evening) for the first time.
After introduction of roles, Table topic session started. Table Topics are a code meaning impromptu speech. The moderator, TM Y-ra, asked each speaker to draw a item in box and talk about it. It was interesting way. Items to be drawn were 1)iPhone, 2) Fan, 3)Watch, 4) Passport, 5) Cushion shaped heart, 6) PASMO, and 7) Money. Since prepared speech session was shortened, TM Y-ra added some items and extended Table topic session, flexibly. Seven participants including TM guest responded to questions well.
There were three prepared speeches,.
1) The first speaker was TM M-da, “Beyond Expectation”.
TM M-da started speech by singing, and it was beyond expectation…
2) The second speaker was TM P-ra, “Resolutions- difficult yet possible"
TM P-ra explained that resolution is never late and habit changes us and makes us. TM P-ra proposed to use Smart phone for resolution.
3) The third speaker was TM M-to, “Welcome to the power spot”
TM M-to talked about power spot like shrines and her interesting experience.
After intermission, the evaluation session was conducted by TM I-ki.Evaluators were TM S-ki, TM K-ta, and TM N-ta. Each evaluator gave his /her personalized opinion, positive and having fair and balanced criticism.
Many speakers and evaluators were over-time in this meeting. Time control is one of important points in Toastmaster club, and it makes us remind.

TM I-shi and TM M-ma, amd TM K-shi, thanks for taking a role as a Timer, Grammarian, and AhCo&Vote counter. Also, once again, thank you for attendance of many guests.
After the enjoyable and productive meeting, many members went to the 2nd Party over enjoyable communications.
